What if my pet has allergies?

No worries! We specialise in customising orders!
We will have separate equipment to make your orders to avoid traces of other food.

How does CYO work?

CYO refers to Choose Your Own treats. You will get to choose the weigh of the chicken, the shape of the treats, add-ons for more vegetables or others.

How long do the treats last?

Our treats last at least one month (upon arrival) in an air-tight container.
They are best kept in the fridge, but storing them in a cool dry place is also acceptable.

How much does your shipping cost?

At the current moment, we only offer express shipping for $13. It is to note that there is no profit made from the shipping cost (for more information, please visit the AusPost website.
People who live in QLD (willing to drive to Banyo) can choose to pick up their orders for free!

How long is your processing time?

2-5 days. We try our best to ship the treats as soon as possible.
Understandably longer time when orders flood in.
Nonetheless, please keep in mind that we currently only have four hands making the treats!

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds/exchanges for changes of mind.
However, if your product is faulty, please send us an email with your order number and a photo of the evidence. We will gladly accommodate you.
